Cookies and Local Storage

what the website stores in your browser, and how you can manage it

Effective from: 28 July 2026Version: 1.0

We do not set first-party HTTP cookies ourselves. We store a small amount of data related to how the site works in the browser's local storage (localStorage). When you use certain forms, Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) may also use cookies or similar technologies on Cloudflare's domains. This notice applies to the skylc.hu and skylc.eu websites.

What we use

We do not place our own traditional browser cookies on the website.

In the course of operating the website, we may use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to store certain technical data — for example language preference, and, with your consent, your remembered portal address.

Cloudflare Turnstile. On the consultation and client-portal forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and automated abuse. When those forms load, Cloudflare may set cookies or use similar technologies for security purposes. These are needed for the spam check to work and are not used to remember your portal or for marketing.

Consent and withdrawal of consent

To remember your portal address in the browser, we ask for your consent when you open the portal. You can continue even if you decline: we take you to the general partner portal. Declining does not turn off Turnstile spam protection on the forms.

You can delete a saved portal with the “Forget” button in the portal window. You can change the language setting by clearing the browser's local storage, or by choosing the language again.

Browser settings

Local storage keeps data in the browser that may remain after you close the browser. Stored data, including cookies set by third-party services such as Cloudflare, can be deleted in your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may prevent the spam check on forms from working.

Data processing

The detailed purpose of local storage, Turnstile-related processing, and the scope of data concerned are determined by how the website actually operates. Further detail is in the privacy notice.
